Ability in Action aim is to present materials at a level where they can be understood and used by the highest possible number of individuals.

More than 6,000 mini-e-courses were completed as part of a pilot which was done before releasing any materials for broad public consumption. The flow of each course was thoroughly evaluated based on pilot results and feedback. All responses were considered. Adjustments were made to ensure the highest level of comprehension and real world use.

Markets vary. People's interests differ. And readers are diverse. Therefore constant survey results are incorporated into every Ability in Action publication.
